One of the most entertaining “training” courses I’ve taken thus far. Vinh and team kept me engaged throughout all the programs with valuable insights and immediately applicable skills. He (and his team) practices what he teaches and as I learned more each day, I started to see Vinh (and Dan) apply the skills that make him (them) such effective communicators. I felt like I was watching an amazing, thrilling mini-TV series – where Vinh was the protagonist and Dan was the supporting actor. The students were the “extras” on set. I was looking forward with genuine curiosity about what I was going to learn each day throughout the entire week. It was a brilliant series of workshops. Not only was the content and frameworks great but the delivery by Vinh (and Dan) were also delightfully presented with humor, humanity, compassion, and empathy – everything Vinh taught us!Even though there were hundreds of students joining virtually across the global, Vinh was able to personalize the experience with the mini-breakout groups (4 students so you can’t just listen and not practice)! 🙂
